Expression Blend can be used if you are creating an application that uses XAML for the visuals such as one created in WPF or Silverlight. The logic can be done in C#. Therefore, the answer to your question is "BOTH - if you are planning on building your application in WPF or Silverlight".

Hi All,
USCIS has mailed my wife two different EADs upon renewal. The first EAD sent to us has a 2yr validity. About a couple of weeks later, she got another one, this time with a 1yr validity.
I spoke with my attorneys and they seem to indicate that the one with the 2yr validity should be the valid document of reference from here on.
My questions are,
1) have any of you experienced this kind of a goof up before?
2) do I just take my lawyer's word for it and ignore one of them?
Please advise...

what if the non protonc is also denied. My case is also the same, applied non protonc but that got also denied.

My wife is on H1 since Oct 2009. No paystubs. Now she want to come back on H4. Her H4 stamping expired. I have my H1 renewed in Oct 2009 and need stamping.

Here is a question for one of my friend
He is a July 07 filer and has I 485 pending for more than 180 days, has EAD and AP.
All through the years he has been on H1. however there is a gap of 40 days between change of employer on H1. (The H1 is approved after this gap of 40days) Is he in the status during this gap of 40 days because he has pending 485 and has valid EAD/AP?

it is still pending. Am I eligible to renew my drivers license in PA based on pending cos to h4 receipt notice.

Hi,
My kid brother (15 years old and US Citizen) lives in India with my parents. They are quite elderly now to take care of him and we were thinking of bringing him to US legally to live with us. We want to adopt him so that he can have a good lifestyle here and have no issues legally in future. Is there anyone who has gone through similar case before ? Also, I wanted to ask if there are any attorneys that specialize in cases like these ? If so please let me know and I would like to hold a consultation asap.

I'm Australian and would like to return to the U.S. to visit in-laws with my partner but I overstayed my visa on my last visit.
On my last visit, I received a 6-month visitor visa then extended my visa another 6 months. I overstayed my visa by 11 weeks; I was helping my same-sex partner move. This was two years ago. I did not work for anyone while in the States.
What can I do if any to improve my chances of not getting turned away at Immigration?

I am from the UK currently on an 18 month J1 visa in the US that expires in a couple of weeks.
I am going back to the UK and will be studying to get a degree and returning to the US for the summer on a temp J1 Visa. My goal is to get the degree and then apply for an H1B Visa to be here for up to 6 years through my employer.
My employer is supportive and would be willing to help sponsor me for a green card application. Can i start that application now and while i am waiting for it to be processed (i understand that it can take many years) still continue on the path of getting my H1 B visa? I would be considered under a employment category 3 as the job that i want is a Camp Director job and needs a bachelors degree.
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated - i want this more than anything despite the fact that it is going to take years to achieve - i am driven! :)

Has anyone who has has travelled on AP lately surrendered there H1 extension I-94 along with there I94 that is with your passport.we do not plan to get our passports stamped. pls advice as my wife is travelling this weekend. Thanks in advance
