For the marriage, do you have any evidence of the marriage happening (like you can get something from the priest). You then go to the local registrar of marriage and show him the evidence. He will register the marriage and give you an official certificate. Your relatives in your home country should help you with this procedure.

For the DOB, look for FAQ on affidavits. Every immigration website has info on this.

I am Aug 07 filer , I was not able to submit my medicals with my I-485 application .

I got my medicals done with civil surgeon in sept 2007 and was waiting for RFE to submit the sealed cover . I never got a RFE but I got a interview at local office next month .

So can I submit the sealed cover that the civil surgeon filled in 2007 or do I need to get all the tests done again now and fill a new form .

AFAIK, the medical test date should be within 3 months old. You should check the USCIS website to confirm.

Having a pending EB1 I-140 does not in itself confer any status. If you filed an I-485 concurrently, then you are permitted to remain in the US pending adjudication. If you have a currently valid H-1B you may remain or renew pending adjudication.

(You'll be surprised at the positive response you will get from such businesses- I had my reservations at first, but when I approached a temple sometime back, the temple officer appreciated the efforts made by us for such a "great cause"- his own words).

Is there a time limit within which one has to enter US after he/she gets a tourist visa (B2)

Depends on the validity of the VISA. For example, if a person has 10 year multi entry (M) VISA, that person can enter whenever he/she wants.
For limited time frame, say 6 months validity, there should be a validity on the VISA itself, person needs to enter in that particular time frame.

We also need to raise our voice for the Out of Status stuff.

Most of the consultants have one or more pay stub missing etc. There needs to be a amendment that more than 6 months so called out of status can also adjust their status by paying some fine or something because
1. Most of the employee are ignorant about this
2. and most employers take advantage of the situation and they are the ones who should be accountable and not the employees.
