Allthough your solution works I find it more powerful to detect if a PhoneLightThemeVisibility is visible in the resource and add it to App.xaml.cs like this:

Hello everyone,
I had filed for my I485 on 19th July at Nebraska. My 90 days are getting over on 19th Oct. Still I have not received any receipts for I-485,EAD,I-131.
My lawyer is going to call USCIS to inquire about my case.
Does any one had experience calling USCIS after 90 days were over and the USCIS tracked your application and you got your receipts.
Would be great if any one can share there experiences.

Hi All,
I just called USCIS using the POJ method to check on my I485 status which is current for June (EB2 India PD is 3/20/04).
IO said a visa needs to be ordered for the file and it will be done in the next quarter i.e, July 08.She also said the file will not be assigned to the IO unless the visa is ordered??
Does this mean that all the visas for EB2 have been used for this quarter? Also, not sure why the file wont be worked on until the visa is ordered...which contradicts the pre-adjudication theory.

Hi Guys,
All my checks got cashed on friday....today my lawyer office got a notice saying that there is no FP fee eventhough they cashed it.
they asked to resubmit the fees again...my lawyer said he will work it out with them..
My questions is I filed to NSC, transfered to VSc and today they status says it has been transfered to TSC :confused:
So should i submit this evidence to VSC or TSC.
Please clarify.

I appreciate if someone could answer the following question.
I am a Java Developer and I think my company would have filed my labor as a Programmer Analyst. Now I am planning to change my career into SAP functional analyst in financials. I even got a offer from a client and I think their job title and description definitely different.
1) Once I leave my current employer, should I need to work on same job profile or only at the time of GC interview I should have a offer from any employer with same job title & description? (assuming GC will take another 2 or 3 years for me to get and If I work these 2 or 3 years on different job title & description and produce a offer letter with same job title & description from a new employer at the time of GC interview)
If later is correct, then I can produce a offer letter with same job title & description from a new employer.

I hold F1 visa and my new job starts on Sept 1. The int'l student office of my current university mistakenly set my OPT start date on May 6. My OPT has been approved and EAD card arrived.
That is, I will have 120-plus "unemployment" days accumulated by early August, which will then violate the "90-day unemployment rule" of OPT.
I am under tremendous pressure and really want to hear your opinions.

Hi friends,
I got my I-140 approval in premium processing. But unfortunately, USCIS printed the new labor filing date (2010) when the attorney requested my I-140 to capture the old priority date which is June2004. My law firm already contacted USCIS to issue a revised notice with the old priority date (June2004).
How long does USCIS take to issue a revised I-140? Any feedback is greatly appreciated. Anything that we can do to expedite the release of the new I-140 notice with correct priority date?
Please let me know when you get a chance
